I found that the new version WordPress 1.2 (the blog engine that runs my web site) is eating out my Chinese character. This means I will have to stop posting Chinese, or I will have to convert my whole web site from Big5 to UTF-8 encoding. The conversion will not be a pleasant job, but I may not have other choices since UTF-8 encoding will probably be the standard for future language encoding on the Internet. Alas….
